The Wandering Continues: Human Kindness

Our morning started off with a BANG! We had lots of rain in the night and a bunch of it gathered on top of our awning. The weight eventually bent the awning support and brought everything crashing down. What a sound! Our neighbors heard it and came over to see if everyone was alright and then offered to help Paul take down the mangled awning. They loaned us some tools, a much needed ladder, and a little elbow-grease to make the job go smoother. It was great to have someone lend their hands and companionship to make an unfortunate event a little bit better.

Kindness can transform someone’s dark moment with a blaze of light. You’ll never know how much your caring matters.

  1. Safe journeys my friends. The kindness of strangers reminds me that in God’s eyes, none of us are strangers indeed. We’re just brothers and sisters whom we haven’t met yet. 🙂 God’s blessings Schell family.

  2. How wonderful it is when complete strangers offer to help us out. Hope you have safe and fun travels, Patty!
    Blessings!
